My name is Fiona Paraman and I have special interest in self expression as a path to self knowledge, mindfulness, relaxation, music and creativity.  My practice is based on person centred, narrative and cognitive-behavioural therapies.  I have specific experience working with trauma, family violence and eating disorders, including counselling, education and support groups for those with an eating disorder and their families.

I offer a compassionate, creative and authentic service and I am continually inspired by the honesty and courage of my clients as they heal and grow.

By giving you a space that is free of judgment and full of encouragement, I enable you to tell your own story, connect to your inner strengths and create your own path to recovery and empowerment.  As a counsellor,  I do not provide answers and solutions to your issues, but offer you options and tools to discover your own solutions.
